Writing this report each year, it’s heartening to discover how Airport Development Group (ADG) is fulfilling its commitment to Indigenous engagement and inclusion. From the first cohort of graduates from ADG’s Indigenous Training Academy and the launch of the Gurambai Cultural Trail to world-class tourism initiatives and Welcome to Country landmarks, ADG is leading the way in its commitment to achieving its Indigenous purpose.

The seeds planted in 2022, as documented in the inaugural report, are now beginning to show real and positive impacts on the lives of Indigenous Australians, and while this is encouraging, ADG knows there is a long way to go toward Indigenous inclusion and equity. I look forward to documenting the next chapter on this journey.
